I am trained in Upledger CST1 and CST2 and through the Milne Institute for Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy along with Gillespie Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. I also use my training in Infant Massage and Rhythmic movements and stretches to help your baby be happier, and feed and sleep better. All lactation appointments include body work if time permits, or you can schedule CST and CFT separately if you wish.
